Sniffles

Sierra and I were just walking home from daycare and she sniffled. I said, "do you need some medicine for your sniffles?" She said, "no my sniffles are gone to their home, they're in my brain watching t.v. now and it hurts." She said, "my sniffles are hurting my brain." I asked her if she had a headache and she said, "no, it's just the sniffles have the t.v. to loud."

Easter 2010

This Easter was fun. The Easter Bunny left a trail of eggs and skittles to a hidden Easter basket full of toys and candy for Sierra. She woke me up to tell me that the Bunny had given her a lot of stuff! She showed me all the things and was really excited. We ate brunch and dinner with a few friends and Sierra got to spend time with her best friend, Jaxson. I got some great photos of the two of them. All in all, a very nice Easter.

Christmas morning 2009

Christmas morning was fun this year. Sierra was really into it. She woke up and asked me for some milk, then I asked her if Santa had come. She said, he hadn't. I walked her out to the living room and asked her if he had been here again, and her eyes lit up. She couldn't believe that he had come when she was sleeping. She really thought he was going to come and spend time with us, like a nice visit. But, she was ecstatic to see all the toys he left her. It was fun watching her methodically open her gifts, then sit one aside and start on another. Her most favorite (at least that morning) was the Mickey Mouse flashlight Santa brought her.
