I love playing with Sierra these days. She's so responsive and happy. My favorite thing to do is tickle her, her laugh is like music to my ears and her smile is so big! (The first picture was taken while I was tickling her.) She also likes it when I say "I'm gonna getcha!" She smiles then runs from me and I crawl after her. She always heads to the couch and throws herself at it, like that's base or something. It's so fun to play tag with her. My poor neighbor, in the apartment below me, says that she can hear Sierra running and stomping. She says that it doesn't bug her, I'm glad because Sierra loves to run. Sierra is just so darn cute!

My friend, Gorgean, was in Idaho visiting her daughter, Tina, and we had dinner together. It was a lot of fun catching up and introducing her to Sierra. I hadn't seen her in a long time, but she looked just the same. We talked about old times and caught up on the present. It was really great!

Vroom Vroom

This video looked a lot better on my camera. All the lights were on and the picture was good, it must be the website...anyway, I'm still posting it because Sierra is adorable and all the world should know it!

Basketball Game

Sierra's favorite sitter, Tanya, asked to take her to a school basketball game, she had taken Sierra once before and had such a great time that she wanted to do it again. So, Sierra went to her 2nd high school basketball game and then had some ice cream. "Ice cream! Yum, Yum!'

Sierra is growing so much! When people ask me how my baby is doing I always correct them and say "she's a toddler now." I mean, look at her, she's so big and strong and smart! Everyday she amazes me in some new way. Like the way she concentrates on putting her shaped blocks into the correct shaped hole. Or how she watches me intently and then copies me exactly. Or, how she knows that when I put her shoes on she's going somewhere and she brings me my shoes then heads to the door. She's also turning into quite the handful, she's very stubborn and fiesty. I would like to take a video of her when she's mad so you could see how cute it is, but once that camera is out she won't be mad anymore. Anyway, she does this cute thing when I tell her "no" that I just love (although I have to pretend I don't love it). She furrows her brow and stomps her foot, while at the same time slapping her hands together really hard. Like she's hitting herself or threatening to hit me. It sounds bad, but it's SO cute and funny! Which brings up something else she did a couple times that was really sweet. I think she learned to hit from someone at daycare...anyway, she got mad at me and hit me and I said "NO" and she looked confused and sad and then she gently rubbed me where she had hit me. Like she was trying to make it feel better. It was really sweet! She did again and the same thing happened. She's learning, slowly, that hitting isn't good.

The other day she was hiding under the sink and I took a quick video of it. She's the one opening and shutting the door...
